Angela Fletcher

Angela Fletcher, Director of DHA's Housing Management Department, has 30 years of experience in the affordable housing arena and is responsible for oversight and management of approxi­mately 5,000 units in DHA's housing portfolio, including public housing, project-based, and tax credit programs.

Real Estate Development Opportunities

Ryan Tobin

Ryan Tobin, Director of DHA's Real Estate Development Department, is responsible for all aspects of the real estate development process including land acquisition, master planning, securing financing, partnership negotiations, and oversight of the design and construction process.

Procurement Services

Nicole Jiles

As the Manager of DHA's Procurement Services since 2015, Nicole Jiles is responsible for overseeing the procurement of all commodities and services, vendor outreach, technical counseling and supplier diversity. The department also manages eProcurement,  DHA's online vendor registration program.

Denver Office of Economic Development

Alicia Montoya

Alicia Montoya's passion for helping the small business community developed at an early age as she watched her father operate his own successful businesses. Alicia now supports minority-owned businesses in the Division of Small Business Opportunity (DSBO) with the Federal and Local Disadvantaged Certification programs.
